Q.Where does the money that I send someone I’ve never met go?
A.I can’t speak for everyone but here the money I recieve will pay for the t shirts, shipping, any office supplies (like packaging stuff) and eventually to Relay For Life. For a few months the leftover funds will probably go to buy more shirts to keep up with demand (I hope there will be a demand atleast) but by January or so there should be quite a bit of money going into Relay.

Q.I’ve been affected by a cancer not on your list. What do i do?
A.Here you have two options. One you may buy a lavender t shirt which is general cancer awareness, or you may ask to have a different cancer represented. For example after some requests we now sell cervical cancer t shirts where before we did not. For now we don’t have a lung cancer t shirt (cause the color is clear) but I may make an executive decision and have them be silver.

Q.Is there any way I can help?
A.Well it’s a broad question but i hope people want to ask it. As an adult buying some t shirts for you and/or loved ones would help me out, e-mailing me if you have connections with media outlets to spread the word, and getting involved in your local relay for life would be awesome.

Q.I’m a student at either a highschool or a college, is there something more I can do?
A.Yes, check out our “The School Discount” page and see if that program is for you. Schools are a lot easier to sell shirts at. At my own school we’ve sold approximately 600 shirt and those were as hard to sell if not easier then 50 outside of school.

Q.Do you have any relation to Relay For Life?
A. Yes, I didn’t just pick a random charity. I am currently the student representative for Mansfield Texas Relay For Life. The money that goes to Relay is given to the American Cancer Society to fund cancer research.

Q.This all must have taken a lot of time. Do you have any friends?
A.Whew I crack myself up sometimes. Yes i have a number of friends and enjoy volleyball, snowboarding and mario party/cart/tennis but I do find time for cancer t shirts, school and about 5organisations im in. I actually had to quit my job so i could devote more time to all of those other things and have had to live off of savings for a while.

Q.If it takes so much why do you do it?
A.I believe if god, fate or whatever you believe in gives you a unique idea it would be a sin to squander it. I could have kept this idea on the back of a napkin but instead I wear it proudly on the front of my shirt.
